Unused yarn can be exchanged for store credit only within 3 months from original purchase. Yarn must be in it’s original condition with labels attached. Purchases made online must be exchanged by mail with all shipping costs paid by customer. No exchanges will be made at the Jennifer Knits location in Los Angeles. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECIEPT, MAILING ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOUR RETURN. All packages must be insured for the value of the merchandise. Jennifer Knits is not responsible for uninsured packages. You will receive confirmation of your credit via email from Jennifer Knits.
